Our history
Thach Nganvinh began as a small working group frustrated by how much important analysis was delivered late, buried in jargon, or shaped around a predetermined conclusion. We set out to build a different kind of practice — one where the method comes first and the findings follow wherever they lead.
Over time, that starting point grew into a dedicated team and a repeatable way of working. The tools and scope have evolved, but the original premise hasn't changed: analysis should be rigorous, explainable, and genuinely useful to the people who rely on it.
